Thomas Ulrik

Thomas has been a co-owner of Gangsted since 2009. He works mainly on real estate transactions, including advising on legal structuring of companies, prospectus preparation and investor sales. Moreover, Thomas advises on real estate development projects and commercial tenancy – areas in which he is well versed in the preparation and negotiation of rental, management and operating agreements for hotels and shopping centers.
Thomas has many years of experience in all areas related to real estate transactions. When giving advice, he combines his experience with his profound business understanding gained through activities outside the legal profession and from serving on several boards of directors in the real estate industry over the years.
Moreover, Thomas has worked for a number of years on renewable energy projects, primarily solar energy projects.
Thomas has a Master of Law degree from the University of Copenhagen, obtained his license to practice law in 2000 and obtained the right to appear before the Danish High Court in 2004.
