Søren became a co-owner of Gangsted in 2016. He has extensive experience in all areas of the real estate industry, including complex development projects, transactions, and commercial tenancy.
Søren has represented a number of significant real estate developers and owners on developing housing and stores. Moreover, for a number of years, Søren has represented the university sector in matters regarding tenancy and construction law, and has advised on and conducted key public arbitration proceedings regarding the SEA scheme (SEA-ordningen).
Søren’s legal advice is characterized by his profound commercial understanding and his pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. He is committed to preparing and resolving cases to ensure progress and added value for all involved.
Søren has a Master of Law degree from the University of Aarhus, obtained his license to practice law in 2001 and obtained the right to appear before the Danish High Court in 2002.
