Regulation of real property, including planning and environmental law

The regulation of real property is a complex field, affecting transfers, development and changing the use of companies and real property.

We have considerable experience and expertise within the field, including in relation to compulsory purchases, listed buildings, conservation sites, easements and municipal and local planning.

Moreover, we are specialists in conducting cases on soil contamination, waste water, protection of nature, water supply, activities for which prior approval are mandatory and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).

In addition, we take on cases on authorisations, prohibition and enforcement notices, complaints and processing at the Danish Planning Board of Appeal, the Danish Environment and Food Board of Appeal and in the Danish courts.

Our focus is on a smooth and efficient process. Risks relating to planning and environmental issues must be identified early on and can often be handled or pre-empted with, for example, an agreement or insurance cover.
